Simon, I just wanted to drop you a note about the whole way you have handled the purchase; subsequent sale back to you and the purchase of another 456. To put it mildly the whole experience has been brilliant, you have restored some of my faith in the motor trade (OK not that much but at least in you! ) You thought very carefully about what we wanted; you were objective and helped us find the right car. Yes of course you want a profit margin and I have no problem with that. What makes the experience of working with you (and Matt) is that there is in a genuine sense of added value. Thank you again; whilst we might go and look at Ferraris elsewhere we would only ever buy from you.
